Account Manager
You will have a dedicated account manager and coach to guide your team through training on the key business systems for your practice.
Team Workstyle Analysis
Your practice will benefit from an in depth analysis of the personal working style and personality traits of your team. It helps you better understand where team members' natural strengths may be and what roles might be the best fit. It will also help you identify gaps in your team as you seek to add new roles in your practice.
Education and Coaching
Your dedicated coach will work with you to build a training plan for your team. It will include individualized pathways and help with onboarding new team members. Each month the coach will lead the Grow Training and facilitate discussion questions that will help your team identify applications for what they have learned.
Goal Setting
It’s easy to say you’ll do something and then feel guilty when the deadline slips past. Your coach will help you and your team set concrete and achievable goals and will hold you accountable to follow through on those goals.
Practice Analytics
Many dental practices have some kind of analytics dashboard but we find almost as many wish they knew more about what the numbers and lines mean and how to make them match your dream practice. Your coach will review your Jameson Practice Dashboard and highlight areas for improvement or areas where you have seen improvement relative to your goals.
Practice Strategy
Your Grow Coach will work with you on yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals for your practice and will review progress towards your goals on a monthly leadership call.
Reporting
What gets measured improves. Our monthly and quarterly reporting will not only hold you and your team accountable for the goals you have set but they will also be a great way of seeing the progress you have already made. At the end of the year you’ll be able to look back and see just how far you’ve come!
